High School Program

As your child prepares to enter high school athletics, they will be entering a new realm of expectations and accountability. All of the 950+ athletes that we work with go through a year-long strength and conditioning program. Our summer program will not only help them to become better athletes, but will also introduce them to the things they will need to know (coaching cues, flow of the room, expectations, movement technique, learning progression, etc.) every week of their high school athletic career.

This 6 week camp will give your child the opportunity to gain an advantage over not only their opponents, but their teammates as well. They will progress faster in the day-day workouts, and their coaches will have an opportunity to see their work ethic and their coach-ability first hand, because we have coaches from every sport (girls and boys) working the camp all summer.

The Summer Training Program is voluntary and does not guarantee a position or place on a team. Refunds will not be granted for failure to attend.

Times:

7:30am – 9:30am
Open only to Returning High School Athletes who have at least 1 year in the program.

9:45am – 11:45am
Open to incoming freshman & newcomers to Deer Park Athletics

5:00pm – 7:00pm
This session is used to accommodate those athletes who cannot attend one of the morning sessions.

$125 on or before June 1st / $140 after June 1st

Children who qualify for free and reduced lunch need to contact Coach Bull on an individual basis and be able to show documented proof of qualification.
