High School Program

The Deer Park Summer Training Program is available to all current Deer Park High School athletes (including incoming Freshmen). This program is designed to give our athletes the opportunity to gain a competitive edge through strength and conditioning. All athletes will benefit from this program and are encourage to attend.

Every athlete will participate in a dynamic warm-up to develop joint stability and flexibility, as well as balance, coordination, and body awareness. This will be done before moving into the weight room for strength training or to the speed, agility, and quickness development stations. Each of these development sessions will last approximately 45 minutes.

The Summer Training Program is voluntary and does not guarantee a position or place on a team. Refunds will not be granted for failure to attend.

Times:

7:30am – 9:30am
Open only to Returning High School Athletes who have at least 1 year in the program.

9:45am – 11:45am
Open to incoming freshman & newcomers to Deer Park Athletics

5:00pm – 7:00pm (Fall Sports Only)
This session is used to accommodate those athletes who cannot attend one of the morning sessions.

$125 on or before June 2nd / $140 after June 2nd

20% off 2nd child
Children who qualify for free and reduced lunch need to contact Coach Bull on an individual basis and be able to show documented proof of qualification.
